2 Strokes Past And Future

Two strokes are the history of motocross. They're harder to race but are 4 x as fun. These bikes with their simple and cheap maintenance should have some time put into them making improvements such as direct injection, better framing and lighter weight.

Two strokes still have lots of potential. The 4 thumpers are getting close to the weight of 2 strokes of their own class. Honda's 250f just weighs 7 pounds more then Yamaha's 125 but that shouldn't be. Two strokes can definitely be a lot lighter if they had the same advancements that 4 pokes had.

Now tell the AMA, Suzuki, Kawasaki and Honda that 2 strokes are here to stay.
