2T

by Ross
(Toronto, Canada)

I have both CR250 and CRFx250. For a 140lb rider the last one is way too heavy and wears me out faster.

2T is more fun, but not as forgiving as 4T. Probably old (2004) XRs250 is a good starting point for someone new to off-roading, till they outgrow the motor and suspension.

I like the Honda's package, but there has been no development in 2T lately, and I will probably switch to KTM or Husky.

I really like the street Aprilia RS125, but the price tag stops me from getting one. I hope manufacturers will smarten up and reconsider their attitude towards 2T.
