Arm Pump

I ride with a finger on the lever non stop, but I always get arm pump in the right arm, never the left. What could I do to help this out a little bit? Would a bigger lobe on the throttle tube help?

- Really? Haven't heard of that problem before. Will be interesting to see who else has struggled with arm pump in one arm only and if you have any solutions for it. Anyone?
