I think 4 strokes are better because for 2 strokes you have to mix gas and oil together. If you go too slow you will foul your plug. I think the only reason people like two strokes is because of the powerband. All my friends like them because of the noise. I prefer 4 strokes. I have a 03 Honda xr100r. I am only 12 years old. I have a Fmf Powercore 4 pipe with a megabomb. I love riding.

Hey I am 13 years old and I ride a kx 250. I have never fouled a plug and they are a lot of toy and easier to maintain.

And XR 100's are a lame bike and I'll put my money on it that u have never owned a 2 stroke.

Well I clicked on Nick's comment as I was interested to see if I was correct in assuming his age. Needless to say, I was. Have you ever mixed cordial? It's not difficult haha.

Great advice Nick. Hopefully that young guy will ride one of his buddies 2-strokes & realize how much fun as well as more powerful they are.. and maybe his next ride will be a 2-stroke!

Mixing Is A Problem?

I've owned my KTM sx for 1.5 years now and have NEVER fouled a plug. And mixing gas is so easy buy 5 gallons and put about 11 oz's of amsoil in it... easy as that. Then you are done with that gas. I used to think it'd be hard before I got one but it's not. You need to ride a big 2 stroke before you judge them.
