Styx River
Styx River is sandy and pretty rough but there are trails and some jumps and a track. It's not the best but it's the closest place I have to ride and it's definitely worth a visit. From Pensacola Take I-10 west to Exit 53 - County Road 64/Wilcox Rd. Turn right (North) onto Wilcox Rd and take an immediate right onto Waterworld Rd. This will take you right in front of Alabama Fireworks World. Continue traveling on Waterworld rd until it turns into a dirt road. Continue on Waterworld Rd for about another mile. At the end of the road you will take a left onto the paved entrance to Styx River Canoe & Tube Rental. From Mobile Take 1-10 east to Exit 53 - County Road 64/Wilcox Rd. Turn left (North) onto Wilcox Rd, go over I-10 and take an immediate right onto Waterworld Rd. This will take you right in front of Alabama Fireworks World. Continue traveling on Waterworld rd until it turns into a dirt road. Continue on Waterworld Rd for about another mile. At the end of the road you will take a left onto the paved entrance to Styx River Canoe & Tube Rental.
