Tire Sizes For Kawasaki Restoration

I have a Kawasaki 90 mc1m 1974 year which I'm going to restore. The original tire sizes are front 2.50-16 and rear 2.75-14 knobbies. I can't find a brand that has these sizes in the same tire model. The rear can't be any larger for lack of width space. I can find these sizes one in one brand and the other in another brand. Need some help if anyone has any suggestions! Not sure what metric numbers will work but I want the same brand and model of tire.
