Torn ACL

I was riding in Wauneta, Nebraska during practice and there was a slow rider in front of me. I went over the table top and went over the side right. When I landed I heard me knee crack, it turned out I tore my ACL in my knee. It was about 2" thicker than my other knee! Then about a month later I thought it was healed so I went to my basketball game in the first quarter... I popped my knee and went home.
