Two Strokes Are Way Better Because Of Everything

by Cody Morazan
(NC)

Well, I've ridden 2 strokes all my life but now these so called "better 4 strokes" are being produced that aren't worth s%#t. They are way more expensive, boring to ride, and require no discipline at all.

I can do a top end rebuild for a 2 stroke for under 200 dollars. I have to pay a little over 500 dollars for the rebuild of a 4 stroke. That is just ridiculous.

4 strokes are also boring. Where the hell is the power band in the 4 strokes? It is so boring. On my 2 stroke, when the power band kicks in, I have the time of my life. It is a rush unlike any other. 4 strokes require no discipline to ride around a standard motocross track. Any fool that has NEVER ridden a dirt bike in their life could hop on a 4 stroke and ride like nothing and they get lazy. With the 2 stroke, you have to keep them in the power band and work to become good.

If this isn't enough information and reason to bring back not only the 2 strokes but also the FUN of motocross, then I don't know what is.
