"What I think about Suzuki Dirt Bikes"

The "SUZUKI RM" series, in my book is second to none! I'm a 44 yr. old, life-long motoXer, who has owned 5 dirt bikes - 2 Yamaha's, 1 Honda and 2 Suzuki's (I have ridden friends Kawasaki, Honda, Husqavarna, Can-Am and Maico's).
My 3rd bike, and most favorite was my, 1982 Suzuki RM-125 Liquid-cooled 2-stroke - purchased brand new in February of 1983 for $1699.00 + taxes, and still in a crate disassembled. The RM's ergonomics were perfect! No other bikes handlebar to seat to footpegs placement was that comfortable. My first sit on an RM reminded me of 'control'... No other bikes 'feel' was even close. The motor could handle everything + anything you brought its way. The powerband was like music... and the handling, with the new Full-Floater system, was superior to all the rest.
Technology has brought all the bike companies to the 21st century, but in my book the Suzuki RM's are 2nd to none. Didn't Ricky Carmichael - deemed the king of motoX - ride Suzuki? Hmmmm...
Here's a pic of my new machine, the 2000 SUZUKI RM-125... see ya on the track.
